We can act as your outsourced service to monitor and manage your Business Rates. We would require access to or a copy of your Property Portfolio data and historical rates files. We can then manage your portfolio in terms of acquisitions alterations and disposals, liaising with the relevant Rates Billing Authorities to ensure your Ratable values are kept up to date.
